It’s been quite a while since I last wrote a roundup of free iPhone apps. Much has changed and there have been many new, free apps added to the iTunes store. So it’s a great time to do an updated list.

#25 Bump
Bump makes it very easy to share photos and contacts, and to become Facebook friends. Pick what you want to share then hold your phone and bump hands with another person who is also using Bump.
#24 Dictionary.com – Dictionary & Thesaurus
We can all use a dictionary or thesaurus at times. And now, thanks to Dictionary.com, you’ll have both on your iPhone. This app features reference content from Thesaurus.com and Dictionary.com. It provides nearly 1,000,000 words and definitions, and 90,000 synonyms and antonyms. You’ll also get the Word of the Day, similarly spelled words and audio pronunciations.
#23 Skype
Use your iPhone to make free calls or send instant messages to your friends and family. Skype also lets you call landlines and mobile phones, as well as others using the Skype app. You can even send SMS to your family members and friends.
#22 MySpace Mobile
MySpace is one of the original social networks and now it’s accessible via your iPhone. Use the MySpace app to send and receive messages, browse your friends network, upload and share photos, and post comments. You can also search to find new friends and you can see bulletins to stay up to date with what’s happening on MySpace.

It’s always helpful to be able to read something written in a foreign language. Now you can easily translate languages right on your iPhone. Free Translator can handle many languages including Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Spanish and Vietnamese.
