iPhone 3G Software Review: Spore Origins

Spore has proven to be an incredibly popular game on the Mac and PC. Now you can get a version of it for your iPhone 3G as well. The iPhone version doesn’t let you get past the cell stage, unlike the Mac or PC version. Unfortunately you won’t get the full version that you’d get on a Mac or PC but the game is still quite fun and well worth buying for $9.99.

Sound And Graphics
Spore: Origins looked great on my iPhone 3G. The graphics are colorful and amusing. The backgrounds look particularly good as you see things moving in them and it all adds to the visual appeal of the game.

The sound is also quite good and adds to the game’s appeal and fun factor. There’s nothing jarring or off-putting about how Spore sounds, it all fits together quite tightly with the graphics and blends into one appealing package.
