Install Miro 5.0.4 in Linux Mint 13 or Ubuntu 12.04

Here’s how you can install Miro (the Internet TV application) in Ubuntu 12.04 or Linux Mint 13. This will let you play audio and video content, as well as convert and share it.

1. Open a terminal window.

2. Type in the following commands, then hit Enter after each.

sudo add-apt-repository -y ppa:pcf/miro-releases
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get -y install miro
